Has anyone ever paint matched a 3 piece diffuser?

I have a 3 piece diffuser that is carbon fiber but in bad shape, I was thinking of paint matching it to my austin yellow M4 but can't picture it on my car. I was wondering if anyone has ever done this before and had pics.

Thanks in advance!

You might have better luck just painting it gloss black. Still matches gloss black trim around the car and wouldn't look out of place either
