Silicon is an anti foaming additive used in certain oils such as Redline. Nothing to worry about.

I would not worry about silicone. Redline has fairly high silicone levels, and if air filter was changed, it will add some.
But drop in KV100 is not that good. RL 10W40 is a thick oil, and regardless that those are track miles, it is a lot for such oil. I would go Motul 10W40 300V.

The F8x oil temps stay extremely low unless something is broken. The additives will not break down prematurely. I would keep standard oil change intervals, they're already slightly accelerated because of direct injection.

My Z06 hit oil temps of 285F regularly on track so I would change it after every event but even then Blackstone report showed that the oil was fine.

Redline? No, absolutely no! Redline is heavily Ester-based. It will oxidize way before standard OCI. 3-5K OCI based on UOA.
That is why I said there needs to be TAN measurement.
