Is that black M4 (second picture) lowered on stock wheels ? Doesn't look like there are spacers tho. Not sure if I'd clear my streets speed bumps if I lower on stock 19s.. Probably have to upsize to 20s before lowering?

He actually usually rolls around on 20 inch HRE's. I think he's having them repaired or repainted now, so back on 19's
