How old were you when you bought your first M?

I'm 19, I leased mine though. Only spend about 5% of gross income on it, however I have no other large expenses.I don't regret it a single bit. It never fails to put a smile on my face.

I bought a z4m coupe when I was 25. Currently on my 3rd M car in the last 7 years. I only buy preowned though.

First M, 2006 Z4 M Roadster (used) in 2012, I was 61.
Second M, 2016 M4 Coupe (new), I was 65.

First BMW was my wife's 2011 335is Coupe (new), I was 60, she was 43.
Next M, 2018 M3 (new), wife's car. I'll be 67, she'll be 50.

I have family and friends that have said the same thing to me. But I feel like it's something that will ultimately make me happy. Maybe cars aren't a passion to them like they are for some of us. In the end, we only have this short life to live anyway. I think I'm going to go for it and not look back. Let the haters hate while you drive your beautiful car

Age 65. Always had something relatively sporty in my garage. This car though is the fastest yet. Quite something when you boot the throttle in third and the back end is squirming around to get the power down.

I bought mine at 32, had a few other nice cars before and will have more after. Make sure you can still enjoy life and not worry about the future because of a car. I thought hard about it and decided it would not change my lifestyle or ability to invest for the future. Enjoy your M!

Wife and I have had many BMWs but our 1st M car was my current BSM F82. Welt Euro Presentation this past summer (F****** rear diff). I was 42 now 43.

Picked up my first 17' M3 ZCP at 31 years old, Exactly 1 month before turning 32. The plan was to get it during my birthday month but I guess I couldn't resist lol.
