Need your feedback on this listing.

What would be a reasonable offer to give them that we would not need to go back and forth on? It seems to be priced higher than other comps I've seen.

I would offer around $45k. Depending on how long you are willing to wait, you could possibly get it lower as car sales continue to lag.

Can you obtain maintenance and accident history before the purchase?

These prices are going to go significantly down. I would wait if possible.

Also get a Carfax report.
