BMW Dealership entitled to give back my scratched rims?

Hello!

Long short story. Bmw scratched my rims. Tried to fix it. Didnt meet his expectations. Got me new rims. I asked for it back. They said no. Are they entitled to give it back to me?

Of course not. This is not the same thing as a repair you have paid for. In that case, you can get back the old parts to demonstrate that they did replace them. But here you didn't pay...it sounds like they have treated you well.

Yes they are legally obliged to return your wheels. They are not their property so have no legal entitlement to them..
