The last time I checked, the MP4S 295/35-19 only comes in a Mercedes *spec, and the tread patch is actually a bit smaller than the 285/35-19. That’s why most (including me) get the 285, unless you are willing to go up to the 305.
Gotcha, good info! Costco doesn’t have the 265 fronts available, I guess I just need to replace the rears with the 285’s. Does it matter if I pair the PS4S tears with the PSS fronts?
Not a terrible mismatch as long as you aren't planning on super aggressive driving. Ideal scenario would to have all 4 corners match.

I'd like to buy new PS4s for my 17 ZCPM3

This might be already listed but with 44 pages on this post - What is the best place to buy?

$1300 off of tire rack with free shipping?

Discount tire?

Other options?

i have just swapped from oem mpss 265/20/30 on the front of my 18 ZCP as i had scrubbed the shoulders down to the canvas and the lettering on the sidewalls was gone (3track days). Gone to 265/20/30 ms4s and they appear significantly wider as the tyre has more bulge/no stretch. does seem to ride slightly better too. will be interesting to see at the next track day how they perform as i am hoping for more front end grip.

Just installed 275/35/19 and 295/35/19 4S and it transformed the car. Coming from a C7 Z06 I was extremely disappointed on how the M4 put power down when tuned. The Continental 5p only had 4k miles on them but apparently they are junked compared to the 4S.

I knew the MPSS were a great tire after owning several C7s but didn't know the gap to the continental was this large... It's totally different car all around +++!!!

Hey guys..need some confirmation on this: There is only one 265/35/19 MP4S avail for the f8X, and this tire was originally designed for an M2 rear axle (?).

This same tire CAN also be used on front axles of the M3/4 however it will not be best for aquaplaning as itís not designed around or for the front axle.

Does the 265/285 combo cause any issues with dsc and mdm?

Nope. I have this setup and no issues with the CS coding at all.

ZCP guys...best PS4S size for my F80 with 666 wheels? Car is stock height with 13 mm rear spacers, 10 mm front spacers. I'm reading 295/30/20 rear and 265/30/20 front?

I got the 437M style wheels on my f82 with 15mm spacers in the front and 12mm in the rear, running 255 front and 275 rear currently. Getting MP4S for sure very soon. Does anybody know if 265's in the front and 285's in the rear will be chill?

I just got 285/35 MP4S installed on OEM 437 wheels today. They look great. I will be updating my 255/35 MPSS to 265/35 when the tread wears out.

No. The M2 comes with PSS.

The only 265/35R19 PS4S currently available is a generic one.

I don't have any spacers on. I am considering doing a 5mm on the rears. I will have to wait until I get the 265 mounted on the fronts.
Do you think I should get spacers on the rear tires?

I'll be curious to hear how it behaves with the 255/35/19 fronts and 285/35/19 rears. I'm about to replace a set of rears (torn sidewall in one tire) and am toying with the idea of going to 285/35/19 until my fronts also need to be replaced...then go to 265/35/19 in front.

I have a vague recollection from an old thread where there were some concerns (reports?) of issues with hydroplaning, but I'm probably not remembering that correctly since 265/285 seems to be a pretty common setup these days.

Handling has been great so far, no problems with hydroplaning.
