Some cracking colour combos there. I wonder how much these will RRP for.

As for heritage, my favourite M4 was the F82, my least favourite was the F82 and the best engine was in that F82.

Yes, it's a navy blue on the M stripes. They haven't actually released three accurate paint colors here but simply used three already existing colors which more or less resemble the M stripes. The sky blue isn't quite accurate either.

Very Cool

Nice touches but a little late in the game in my opinion now that every one is talking new M4. To make this work better, the cars should have been given a bigger edge dynamically over the existing models to sway those waiting for the new model.

Predictable.

G82 will be out in a year.
BMW is not the only one doing this.

IMO, it's more like 2-years. G82 won't hit the market before mid-2021.

Why does the heritage have a 1/750 but not the M3 CS (1/1200 or whatever)

The interiors are a bit interesting, yes, but we've seen these colors on F8X's in Individual guise, so the exterior offering isn't really that groundbreaking. The stripes, while a pretty cool exterior touch initially, are also simultaneously a bit cheesy. For some owners I think they would grow old over time.

I like all of these individual features but I don't think put together this offering is all that special.

I presume the 285/40/20 is a typo (the spec sheet lists a 30 profile rear tyre)?

Can anyone explain where the slight acceleration bump over the standard comp pack or have I got my facts wrong?

Yes, it's a mistake. There is no change to the wheels nor the tires.

Disagree. The performance specs do not match a CS or GT, and the (M3) CS interior is better looking as are the wheels. No GTS CF hood bonnet? The stripes? No thanks. This "Heritage Edition" will never match the heritage of a CS or GTS. JMO.

I beg to differ, those colors and combos will add a ton to the performance specs.

And another special edition.

Makes the regular version the most special one.

Colered weave is nice. Oh wait, that was what BMW originally did in the past. E34, E36 anyone?
