Paypal has literally zero anti-fraud, I don't blame them for being careful. Buyer basically wins in 110% of all disputes regardless of what proof seller provides.

So what? A company wants to verify that you're who you say you are because billing/shipping information isn't matching up. These aren't the only guys doing this, they're simply checking to make sure you are who you say you are.
Look at it on the flip-side, good thing they're checking, what if someone stole your credit card and tried to use it to make purchases and ship to another address? Without this they could have potentially got away with it. I don't fault them for checking. I'd either do what they ask or just buy something else, and I'm sure they feel the same.

And maybe next time bm3 put a message instead of error activation car, you know a message like hey idiot you are a scammer wait for bm3 help, don't try 4 hours to activate your car, to change softwares in laptop, to use mozila, explorer, chrome, find a new cable to test it etc... yes maybe next time. Now everything is ok i flashed my car. HF.

If a business uses the PayPal payment gateway for card transactions and you're addresses don't match, PayPal flag the payment not the business. BM3 didn't mess you around, PayPal did.
The best way to avoid this is having your bank account linked with PayPal and pay with your PayPal account and you don't submit card numbers at checkout. |
