***Brand new transmission and clutch.
Long story short the car malfunctioned in a way that it shouldn't have, and BMW of Fairfax installed a brand new transmission and clutch at 60k miles. Flywheel looked good so put it back in. Here's a link to the thread when it happened:

Did a full inspection of the car, serviced the differential and changed the oil. This was all a quoted $17,000+ job with labor which fortunately BMW NA ended up covering most of. I have all the paperwork available. New rear tires(MPS1) were put on at 55k miles, fronts are good. Only 1 key, but will include the BMW display key I was planning on retrofitting.

**Car currently has a crack on the windshield from rock chip on the highway. Definitely needs to be replaced, price is as is. I can go through my insurance to fix it, but add the cost to the car.

**Front drivers seat has wear on the bolster.

New clutch is nicely broken in and car is ready to go. Only reason for selling is wife and I are expecting our first baby and the car is barely driven as it is.

**** price drop edit. My son was born early and is currently in the nicu. Car is being sold to bmw of fairfax for $49,500 later this week when I get out of the hospital. If anyone wants it set up arrangements before this weekend.
