I'm still not convinced. Maybe it'll grow on me. Or maybe my e92 just went up in value. =)

Yeah so.. your car will be named after a road that goes from London to Swansea, instead of London to Southampton.

Yup!!

Great render! I'm not a fan of how the c-pillar meets the trunk. Egad, looks too close to a fastback.

Before we get a 5 page thread about how this car looks horrible... +1!

Look at the hood and you can see there's rivets for the hard camo panels. The C-pillar will no doubt be covered too.

IMHO, the car will be much sleeker than the PS. It'll lose the bulkyness when the camo comes off.

eww...
I just can't buy into these "7 series-like 5 series" "5 series-like 3 series", and now "6 series-like 3/4 series coupe"
If it looks like that for real, E92 definitely wins in exterior design/look.

Im sorry, I know its a render, but that looks awful. And if the car actually looks like that, then ewwwwww. Huge mistake.

it looks nice. hopefully the headlights will change though so that it wouldn't be the same as the sedans.

This is a good effort, but I have to believe that something is being lost in translation here. The rear overhang appears to be too small, and I think that the C pillar and rear end slope looks too much like a G37 or even a Civic Si. I also have my doubts that the flame surfacing will be so much like the 6/M6.

My Thoughts.

Whole C-Pillar section is wrong , Glass area with hofmeister is not sharp enough , The trim is more three dimensional like the 6er with added surface imprint.
The expanse of metal is not as great in relation of the rear window to the entire C-pillar.

Rear lights are wrong , expect a sharper wrap around angle than the sedan.
There is a similar "Bow plowing the waves" on the F32 but the angle is less sharp.

The front section looks spot on from the side, but A for effort.

C-pillar looks awful and the entire thing looks boring and smooth.

I'll wait to pass judgment on the real thing. I don't think BMW would release a car this sloppy-looking.
