Lets not insult Porsche. Their exhausts sound way better.

This sounds pretty good. Sounds similar to my previous N55 135i with AR catted downpipe and BMW PE. But it does have its own distinct character that I did not find on my 135i.
I think once I remove secondary cats and resonator, exhaust will be loud enough for my liking. My only concern will be increased rasp with removal of those components. Hopefully, this exhaust can take higher flow without producing too much rasp. |

Sounds ok love the car and performance wise. I am sure BMW will tweak the sound but once I add an exhaust it will all be good to go. Sound is not everything, I rather be stealthy as I spank your asses in your v8s on the track... I do hand to say my e90 with down pipes sounds amazing :-)

I'm not sure why BMW is having such a problem with the sound in the new M3 and M4. My wife's 335is Coupe, with it's unique factory exhaust, sounds way better than what I've heard from the M3/M4. Even the exhaust on the new M235i sounds way better and the M3/M4 have the same base engine.

Sorry for the guys who like this sound... but this sounds like shit to me (IMO).
This video for me sums up to something like this... I'm loving the stance, gorgeous lines under a fantastic lighting... loving both M3 AND M4 (I didn't quite like the exterior of M4 compared to M3 until this video)... loving the lip spoiler on M3 (Didn't notice it before)... loving the evolution of interior and how futuristic it looks... and then the sound clip POOPS a hard diarrhea and shits on everything. I know, I know, you don't buy an M-car for sound, but in this case, the sound is sub-par even compared to the cars that are way below its class. And of course, this is only my humble opinion. |

The first time you obliterate an E9x M3 in drag race it will sound great.
I had an E92 M3 with a Remus race exhaust and it was the best sounding car I ever heard. The F3x may not sound as good, but I think it will sound good none the less. I believe it will more than make up for it in real world performance. |

One Direction
These cars could sound like One Direction and I wouldn't care. M3 & M4 this generation are awesome.
Might even prefer them to E46 M3, a car which still fills me with awe.
