Yup not worth that risk I feel...

If Amaro came with the bucket seats and the golden brown only came with these cushion looking ones I would honestly pick Amaro for that sole purpose. I've sat in both of those throughout my life time and I would pick the comfort and sporty feel of the bucket seats over those couch-seats any day. The bucket seats really hold you tight and it just feels amazing but again its a personal preference thing, just pointing out you should maybe sit in each of those seats if you haven't already before you make your final decision.

The F83s have different seats from the F80 and F82.

Exactly! There is a member on the board who actually has Golden Brown interior on his F83 but it is still pretty hard to imagine without seeing them on M4 seats. See pics here - http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1086765

Yep super hard to Photograph. I've been trying to get shots of my AB/GB for two months but it won't stop raining in Houston. The exterior is no better in overcast skys it's hard to tell it's blue at all. Just looks like a black car.

I love it with AB but it is more orange than AB for sure. Seeing samples on the wall at the Welt I thought they are about the same darkness/shade of brown but GB has more orange.

I always think of a rich Carmel color when I look at my interior.

If I was going to do YMB I'd personally go AB or CB and I own GB currently.

I'm thinking hard about getting an M3 next year in AY and will likely look at AB or CB interiors.

I will try getting better pictures if it's not raining again this weekend.

Thanks so much for the reply! I am pretty positive I am going with Amaro brown, that is what I sent my order in with. I went extended regular instead of full at the end due to it being a lease and I think ill survive without spending the extra money there

I was worried GB would clash with YMB so kept it safe with AB.

My Vert. is the extended option as well.

Of course I like the look of the full leather, I just feel like the up-charge for it is a little much.

True! Welp...I went with Amaro Extended for now, hopefully I never regret this decision but if I do, its a lease and think it was the wiser choice of the two. Before individual color interiors even came out I was gonna do something drastic as SO interior to be superman combo

This just seems like the wiser/semi-sporty/classy move.

In person I think both of these are too orange, especially in bright sunlight.

Nutmeg on the other hand looks (to me) better in person than in the builder and is relatively free of distracting punchy color components.

Now, netmeg being so subdued I think it would go better with EB2 than SMB but it might be worth exploring.

I agree with you as well, but sadly, Nutmeg would be a fully individual order where pricing will sky-rocket! I am just taking advantage of what is available on the configurator/individual catalog.

BMW has so many different brown colors, they are all gorgeous in the end!

It's a beautiful interior but it makes the car conservative and luxury.

Where are you located? In my configurator nutmeg shows up as the $1350 option in the builder (for the convertible). Same as amaron and golden.

How that is bad in a $70,000 car? Are we talking about a Lotus Elise here?

My mistake I confused the color for Arragon Brown in the X6M. Nutmeg is not exactly my taste

Haha I see where you are coming from. It is not for everyone but with Yas Marina Blue exterior, I felt having something different other than Sakhir Orange/Black/Silverstone. All of those look wonderful with it but I felt Amaro brown would give it that unique contrast inside.
