If it fits an M2 or any other BMW 3/4 series, it'll fit the F8X. They're all the same mounting hardware

Awesome, I was hesitating to purchase the OEM Red Strip one because I didn't like the white stitching, but M2 CS looks great and it is cheaper too!

Thanks for the input. Yup the price is tempting. I’m still torn between MP version 1
with blue stripe and carbon or this new M2cs version. I had a short good feel on the M2cs thickness and I’m 50/50 about it. While the V1’s blue stripe is attractive to me and will go with my start/m1/m2 buttons. Decisions decisions.

If my car was not red, I'll definitely get the V1 or V2 W/Blue stripe. However, I'm going to order this M2 CS once I confirm they have this in stock.

Do you consider yourself having S, M or L hands? How is it driving daily. Pros and Cons?

I wear a large glove if that helps.

I put maybe 6k miles on the car a year so we will see how it holds up.

It feels really nice. I've already ordered some sonax Alcantara cleaner and plan to clean it monthly

Yes it will fit. It's going to take a little bit of elbow grease to get the trim around it to snap in place because the alcantara is a bit thicker.

Thank you for asking this question. I asked my local dealer about it and he was quoting me 2 hours labour because they didn't know if it'd fit or not.

I might pull the trigger on this because the M3 CS wheel is twice the price!!

2 hours labor???!!!! It took me all of 20 mins
The hardest part was putting the trim back on since the wheel is quite a bit thicker than the stock leather wheel

I'm going to try install the M2 CS Steering wheel, transfer the CF trim, M1/M2 buttons, paddle shifter this week and let you know.

It took me about an hour or so to uninstall, transfer everything over, and reinstall my wheel, and this was my first time. If I had to do it again, I can probably bang it out in a half hour or so.
