That number is a HK amp, not a HiFi Amp.

Ended up ordering a new one with a 2 year warranty. I have to get it coded also correct? I appreciate all the help. Man I thought I could live without my radio I guessed wrong!

Installed the new amp today and all is good! I ended up taking the old one apart and finding a few chips that had shorted out. Happy to have my radio back!!!!

How can you tell they shorted out?

That’s normally not something you can see visually.

If they did short out, I’d be more concerned why.

So pissed! Add me to the club. I hardly ever drive my m3 and it's always garaged. Anyways noticed no sound and then checked this thread and same fuse blown and diagnostic process. Fuse doesn't blow when the amp is unplugged blows when it's powered. I'm obviously out of warranty but do have an extended, which sounds like it should cover the amp. I have a appointment with my Indy shop since I don't trust the dealerships at all!
