Blank nav during cold start

Blank nav occurs randomly when temp is below 25F, during cold start.
Not only is the nav offline, but radio also! I don’t realize until I’m driving down the road.

This happens when I initially start it up. I have to let it sit for a couple of hours before it comes back on, usually by the time I’m heading to lunch.

Of course when I take it to the dealer it works perfectly. It occurs at least twice a month. Not a big deal but a nuisance... hope it’s not a sign of bigger electrical issues down the road.

Anyone else seen this??
