Hey all,
Finally had the chance to wash my M3 and had some extra time for some photos, so thought I’d share my car. Looks great. I think some OEM M-Perf side skirts would tie the front to the rear of the car nicely, as the unpainted skirts would match the lightweight front lip.
Also very refreshing to see a modded F80 without a rear decklid spoiler... makes me want to remove mine! |

Regarding the spoiler: it's funny, I really wanted to do CF like everybody else, but I remember falling in love when the last gen widebody WRX came out, and the first one I saw had no spoiler and I loved how low and wide it looked. So I decided to set myself apart and stick with stock spoiler In case the TE37s didn't make it obvious enough, I still am very much into Japanese cars. There just hasn't been one since my 09 WRX that has interested me enough to buy one. So I just decided to get the car I want and add some Japanese inspiration instead haha. |

Thought I'd post some updates since it's been a while, and quite a bit has changed.
Since my previous photos, the following has changed: - changed to M Performance HAS - back to Stock 513m wheels (love these way too much) - Future Classic wheel spacers 12mm front, 10mm rear - Custom equalized length exhaust fabricated by TopGear Motorworks. Currently it's a passive single exit, but my car is going in for development of a production level valved dual exit based on this philosophy. Really awesome stuff, tone is completely fixed. |

Looks awkward with a single sided dual tip. But let us know how it goes with the development of the exhaust.

I'm aware it's unpopular, but honestly it doesn't bother me at all. The tone more than makes up for it. Shits on every exhaust out there. But 2nd week of January my car goes in, so it's an exciting time.

Two questions:
1) Why did you go from Macht Schnell springs to MP HAS? I'm looking at the Macht Schnell springs, or H&R SS. 2) How did the Supreme Power exhaust tips attach? I'm looking at the VRSF because they're cheaper, but they all have band clamps that are visible.

MS springs are crap. Too low and soft and the rear rides the bump stops. B16D is by far the best, but too stiff for a street car in my opinion. MP HAS is the most comfortable of the bunch and doesn't crash like MS springs. But I'm also at a very conservative rear drop to make sure it doesn't. Supreme power tips screw in with an Allen wrench on the bottom. They hold on plenty well, there isn't too much play in them already as they sleeve over the stock tips. Any other questions please let me know! |
