That it was pay to play. Honestly, he didn't tell me anything I already didn't know (via this forum). He did say he ran into a couple of spun crank hubs, but none that were stock, and none that was dct. So that gave me a little hope.

Have you guys make sure BMW of Fairfax didn't scratch your wheels? I have a friend with a E90 M3 and they scratched 3 of his wheels when he took it in for service. Needless to say he was furious.

I personally took my M3 there twice but haven't noticed any scratched rims (knock on wood). |

I’ll find out tomorrow when I go back in there. The mobile wheel repair guys were really good, but they said combo of the cold, wet weather and the depth of the gouges and it was difficult. Said it looks like a pry bar was used

Gotcha. I know RRT has a touchless mounting system (and they Road Force balance). They're not cheap, but they also mounted my BBS's perfect.

Fairfax BMW once scratched mine years ago, they paid to repair as well. They don’t seem to mind though, the kid doing the tire swap looked like they got him from a Mr. Tire after being laid off. They didn’t seem to use the seasoned mechanics for such work.

FYI, it looks like Frankie will be out a while (on medical). Anybody have experience recently with other SA's? Prefer somebody who knows their stuff about the car or knows they don't know enough and won't bs you. Thanks in advance!
