M3 F80 Dinan Stage 1 Purchase Discount

Hello All. Wanted to share with everyone that **********s is having a Black Friday Sale which I believe ends on the 30th. I was ready to pull the trigger on the Dinan Stage 1 at the dealer while my car was in for service but decided to wait until I did some research and found **********s that had 15% off Dinan Mods which turned out to be $400 discount + no shipping ($25) + no taxes ($200). Total saving of $625. The dealer wants $400 to install but looks pretty straight forward. Much easier to swallow $2250 vs $3276.

I've done some research on the stage 1 and the general consensus is that its a big diff from stock to ST1 but will be interested to hear opinions of anyone that has already purchased or tips on installation. Don't want to start a Dyno Chart argument which I've read on other posts about this. Just shared experience.

I'm not sure why it blocked out the site. Am I not supposed to list websites in the thread? The site with the discount is mod bargains.

That's still a lot of money for the tune. I'm assuming you went with Dinan due to the warranty. Have you looked at Steve's new company called Carbahn? They also provide a warrantied tune but for around $1750.

Just don't see too many reviews about it besides that one thread where people keep discussing the warranty aspect of it.

Yes, warranty and reputation was reason for sure. I also like the fact that you can down load a phone app and bypass the tune without removing.
