Were going to need more info than that, but based on what others are getting, even a fully loaded $114k CS can be had for a little cheaper. Figure 20% off before rebates. Buy rate MF at 61%.

The M Driver's Package is included with all CS cars. Don't let them try to tell you "they're throwing it in."

Not a good deal. I'm paying 780 month, M3 CS with executive. 102k MSRP. Just taxes and fees up front.

Looks like base MF for this month is .00165 but how about residual?
M3CS still at 61% for 10k a year? How about M4CS?

Wow! That's an incredible you got on that CS. However, it is really going to depend on region. For example in Florida it's hard to get those kind of deals. Seems like the North East gets all the best deals.

I still wouldn't get hosed for an extra couple of hundred bucks just to stay within distance.

It'd be cheaper to buy out of state and have it shipped for 1k or so.

Looking for input

Lease takeover..
2018 F80 ZCP in SO (my most desired color)
12K miles
ZCP, Exec Package + a few oem CF bits, car is already ceramic protected.

1163/month - 21 months remaining
49,516 residual....

Brings the total to roughly $73.9K
$24,423 ( remaining lease payments)
$49,516 - lease buyout

pros is, this car checks all the boxes, local, well taken care of
cons - pricey, MAYBE could find one coming off lease..but not guaranteed.

What do you guys think?

I want to ask the seller for a cash incentive because $74K for an 18' wh 12k miles is over market...

That's a pricey lease takeover. Seems like the seller didn't negotiate well on that lease. I would wait I'm sure there will be more that come up in the next few months.

What's the msrp btw? Looks to be around 81-82k?

Yeah very high payments. New ones if you can find one with that price would lease around 800.

That's pretty horrible. I'd run.

There is one month left for lease support and you could get a good deal right now. Inventory is low, but that payment is so high I would just wait for another one to show up lease swap.

I just bought a 2018 M3 with 500 miles on it for 69k before tax tag and title. 96k MSRP with everything carbon and the MPE with carbon if that puts things in perspective.

This car will be worth 45k in a years time after the new M3 comes out.

Yep, up to 7 deposits, each reducing MF by 0.00005 (used to be 0.00007 before though).

Totally agree. Leftover new M3s on lots should go about this price or lower if you can find one you like color/options wise.
