What a steal! If you haven't, you may still have time to sign up for the 3 year BMWCCA membership and get another $500...at a cost of like $135, you're net up about $365...or another $12 per month!
Damn wish I would have known,
You have 2 weeks after purchase date. You can still become a 3 year member. Also use BMWUDE2019 code for additional $8 discount.
I had signed contracts yesterday, you think if I purchase the CCA membership today it will still be okay?
Yes, you will be okay.

Any good deals on a M4CS? If a dealer is looking, I am on the east coast ready to buy

Thanks!

You'll want to aim for 25% discount (dealer discount + BMW incentives). I lucked out and received 26.46% off of an MSRP of $105,745, which brought my payments before tax to $714.72 with a .00165 money factor and 4 MSD's (similar to a $1,000 downpayment), and then with acquisition, tax/dealer fees/docs due at signing, 1st month "waived. Your best bet is to find a car that's aged over 200 days on the lot (cargurus.com lists days)

Lease support for the F80 ended last month. If you're after an F80 for lease you'll need to do a lease transfer.

It means you can no longer lease an F80 from a dealership. If you want a lease you will need to take over someone's existing lease via lease transfer.

looks like they reduced it down by $750 (at a national level) for the lease credit , I'm glad I was able to lock in June rates.

Can you please clarify. For 2019 M4 CS @ 24months with 10K per year, 94089:

- Is loyalty still at $2500
- lease rebate at $5,000 instead of $5,250?
- MF changed from 0.00165 to 0.00145?

Thanks.

WOW! if MF changed by that much, that more than offsets the lower lease rebate!

Also on a 2019 M4, aim for 87,000 for a 106-107k MSRP to 91K on a 120+ MRSP, it'll happen, just find the right dealer.

I went to the BMW USA website yesterday and reviewed the 2020 M4 lease offer example. I plugged BMW's numbers into my lease worksheet and calculated $898.60/month base payment (no sales tax) by using a money factor of .00145. BMW USA example shows $899/month for 36 mos. 30K miles.

Using the same BMW numbers and a money factor of .00165 the base monthly payment would increase to $920.53.

Makes sense. Looks like they're playing the shell game. Lower the incentives and offset with lower money factor.....
