ZCP 666M - Spacers and PS4S - Help?
Hi -
I'm looking to buy spacers for the seasonal wheel change and plan to upgrade tires to the 4S within a few months. Looking for guidance on spacer size/fitment on a F80 M3 while running Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on stock 666M rims in stock sizes (265/30/20, 285/30/20). Most feedback from forum sponsors in the long threads has been "you need to measure, might only fit a 5mm spacer" but no real world experience has been mentioned in the threads found using . If you have this set up please post pictures and what size spacers you are running. Also note if you are lowered, I plan to maintain OEM ride height for now. Look forward to your thoughts! The PS4 is wider comparatively vs the BMW star spec factory tires. 12mm front and 10mm rear still works though.

On my ZCP I'm running PS4S and did 265/30/20 up front and 295/30/20 in the rear.
In the front I had 10mm spacers, in the rear I did 12mm. Looks killer. You can definitely run a 295 PS4S in the rear. The PS4S do run a bit wider than normal, for example a 295 PS4S is slightly larger than a 295 PSS. They look bigger too due to the flatter sidewall. I ran this setup at stock ride height for 3-4 months and it was perfect. I'm lowered on KW HAS now with this same setup. It rubs very rarely and only over huge highway bumps. I would have no rubbing at all if I ran a 5 or 10mm spacer in the rear instead. I'll try to add some pics soon. |

Looking forward to it. I'm switching to the PS4S in a few weeks (666M, stock suspension), just not sure if I want spacers or not, so any and all pics would be welcome. Cheers!

Installed stock size PS4S on ZCP this week. Plenty of room for spacers and after having broader fitment on my winter set up - I think necessary!
Ordered 10mm big pad spacers from Turner - only high quality brand in silver. They met their aggressive stance 12.5mm price for the 10mm set up. Pics hopefully by end of this week! |

Run 12mm Front/Rear... perfect size even when lowered with stock tire sizes and PS4S.

I am traveling right now so don't have my car close by but I had this one photo on my phone. Hope this helps... I'm lowered on Dinan HAS.

Jbed,
Curious on how the MP4s 265F/285R with 10MM spacers has performed for you vs the stock MPSS tires? Hows the handling and grip? I'm looking into exact same setup as you... I've also heard porsche spec 245 fronts are a good option. |

It's great. The turn in is a touch less fast, but can't call it slow. Combo of ps4s and spacers is great, fills front arches much better. Back haunches also a little more aggressive.

I just put PS4's on mine but 295's in the rear and I can honestly tell you the traction is night and day over my old PSS's. I was really surprised at how well they grip. I have several places I knew where I use to lose traction and the ass-end would swing out..tried those same places with the PS4's and no slide at all..just hooked up and gone!

I have an ‘18 ZCP w/ PS4S in 265/30/20 and 285/30/20, lowered on ED springs w/ 12mm spacers all around. With the PSS I had 15mm all around, but when I switched to the PS4S I was rubbing a bit in the front on certain bumps with those spacers. Switching to 12mm solved the problem.

I feel like the front could fit the 15mm spacer if the fender was rolled, but I don't really know. I have no experience with fender rolling...and have no clue if people do that with these cars. |
