I don't have it and I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I recently did my trade-in valuation. Almost shocked how good it kept value. My monthly cost not counting new tires and gasoline over 42 months? $465. So much for these cars value dropping like lead ballons as predicted by some here...

Well done!
Did you consider buying it when you got the car?

Thanks, but I'm not sure what you're asking. I bought the E90 M3 cash when new so I've owned it from day 1. I'm now trading it for an F80 again paying cash ( minus trade-in ). The $465 is the monthly depreciation cost of my E90 M3. What it will be on the F80 I have no idea. Hopefully it will hold value as good as the E90 M3.

I've driven cars with EDC including the E90 M3 and I prefer the passive suspension. That's what I have on my F80 order.

I only did it for the buttons! I wonder if they replace the buttons for M-Adaptive with dummy, unlabeled variants!!??!? I'm still on the edge of foregoing the adaptive and ordering the passive, but with my build at $76, the +/- $1000 doesn't really change my payment at all. The most significant things bumping up the price are the Exec package and Full leather. I wish I could just a'la carte a few items. Fucking BMW!

Good to know, did the passive suspension just feel more natural? My dealer just took delivery of a car with passive so I wouldn't have to wait and the price is great, just wondering if I will regret not having the comfort button for those long trips.

Interesting. This suspension is not exclusive to the M3/M4, right? It's also the same offered on non-M models?

No. The standard 2 and 3 series use a very different system from a different supplier compared to the F8X. They may also use different sensors, which can have a big effect on how well the system works.

I have been told that the system on the M3 is exclusive to M models, but I'm not sure if this is accurate or not.
