Maxpsi Crank Hub Solution - Out of Stock
Hmmm went to their website and saw this message:
******** As of 10/21/19 we are out of stock ********* I wonder if this means that they are going to make more? There are no updates on their site. If so, are only solutions left: VTT Insane Gintani |

VTT answered my questions an hr later.... My recommendation is how much power you planing to make soon and ask the solution vendors their opinions. Go with your gut then. For me I'm going FBO and haven't seen a single failure with the VTT FULL solution. |

I personally wouldn't consider any VTT products for any of my builds.

Yes that pesky history of performance. Such as the only Stock motor S55 in the 9's on the planet runs VTT GC's, and Spline lock.
In all seriousness guys, if you have doubts do a few google searches on using pins or splines to transfer TQ which is all he crank hub is doing. Transferring TQ from the crank to the cams and oil pump. We keep them in stock and we back them with a no-slip guarantee if installed by us or a certified installer. You cannot go wrong from a performance, or price point perspective. Last edited by Chris@VargasTurboTech; 11-05-2019 at 10:25 AM.. |

FYI for those looking for a MaxPSI Crank Hub, I found a reputable engine builder with a bunch in stock:
Email Info@bmbautowerks.com for more info.

As I've said, I do believe it is the best solution currently on the market. My concern is that since all of the hub installs force you to mod the crankshaft, I'd prefer to do that modification with the crankshaft outside of the engine. Having bits of metal floating around in there doesn't sound like a great plan. Also, forcing a splined hub into a round hole concerns me when I consider the effect over tens of thousands of miles of hard driving. This is just my opinion, of course. Nothing at all against VTT. Chris is a great guy and they make some fantastic products! |
