Alfa Romeo's biggest issue, aside from their noticeably questionable reliability issues, are their dealership that represents them. A lot of their dealerships are so far up it's own ass that it makes Cadillac look good. Not to mention the Giulia QV's V6 TT is made by Ferrari and... as with ALL THINGS FERRARI IT TAKES A LOT OF MAINTENANCE JUST BECAUSE IT'S FUCKING FERRARI.

Sorry I had to put that in caps. I love my Medio color but honestly fuck Ferrari and their maintenance shit.

The most I have known about BMW NA is, they are now making a lot of dealerships, the bigger, high volume BMW NA dealerships redesign their dealerships to fit a certain profile. BMW Monrovia, Irvine BMW all have gone through this change and now my friends at New Century BMW is going through the change too.

ok, so near as i can tell, minn19 got himself another F80 (welcome back to the club), Arcades is wrapping himself in sweaters because of the unprecedented 'cold snap' (below 90F? crazy) and lups.....bought some trees and tried to buy an old house bujt something about it being hot and a bank and forms and....i dunno, she doesnt own the house but maybe she is now going to live in a backhoe. this story hasn't (yet) ended with anna killing her mother, so it can only be a 2 or 3 on the 10 point scale of 'the wild adventures of lups in finland'

it was hot here too. friday was an all time high for calgary, 36.4 C (97.5 F) - which isnt that hot except that this place has a high altitude so that is insanely hot. also getting lots of smoke blowing in lately from forest fires in BC so....hot and smoky. if i wanted that, i'd move to where arcades is.....

temp has cooled down to a more normal high 70s low 80s (mid to high 20s C), which is pretty tolerable.

what else is going on in the world? is GrussGott dead again? I saw Wah surfaced on here a few weeks ago - still around? still golfing? (i have my handicap index down to a 10 right now.....which puts me in danger of setting an unrealistic expectations trap)

anything else?

When I first found out they were building a Topgolf here, I was so sure it would go out of business. Millennials ain't got not time to learn golf. But man was I wrong... the place is always packed. On weekends, I'm told you have to wait 2 hours to get a bay (before they had reservations... for a small RSVP fee of $50!) Its so busy they are building another one less than an hour away. Its exactly what golf needed... a way to get younger people to swing a golf club. As a practice range its pretty expensive, so you don't go there to practice.
