What should this car lease for?

2018 M4 with full leather, comp pack, executive, park distance, active blindspot, rear shade, apple car play compatibility, dealer advertises list at $86,700.

Can i get some help on this-they have a posted $1,057 mo on a lease.
3 years, $10,552 at signing, 10,000 miles a year.

This seems ridiculously overpriced on the lease side.

Thank You,
Bill

You should negotiate the final selling price before talking lease payments.

Also see the post here for what offers people are getting...

Yes, so what do you think the purchase price should be?

Go look in that thread he posted. There should be a pdf with current invoice pricing. Then spec it out and you'll see what the invoice is on that car. Your sale price should be somewhere in-between invoice & MSRP or even less after incentives.

Also educate yourself on the basics of leasing - MSDs, Money Factor, Residual, etc. You can then use an app like Leaseomatic to calculate what your payments should be.
