Question

Do you qualify if you are only financing a small (c.10k) amount for the car or does it need to be a large figure? I'm doing this to add more depth to my credit history & it would be great if I could use Innovation.

So your CA is letting you combine un4gettable and innovation for $1,750? That is nice
That's what he told me.

Any word yet on whether these credits will extend into October? I started noticing television advertisements for them in the last few days, so it seems like they wouldn't start a t.v. campaign for only a couple days. Hoping this means the incentives are being extended.

we will know on the 2nd or 3rd. The dealers wont be able to confirm that until they find out which usually happens on the 2nd of each month. I think when this credit went into affect it was posted on the BMWNA website the morning of the 3rd.

I'm taking delivery within the next week and told my SA that I want to lock the innovation incentive in this morning. Cant imagine it would go away since Oct starts 4th QTR and they are trying to sell as much as possible by EOY but didnt want to take any chances...

there is rate lock on it anyways. As long as you take delivery by 60 days after September 30th you should be good.

Yep exactly. Lock it in today for 60 days. If it gets better on Oct 3rd then you can lock those in when you take delivery or the end of Oct. Rinse and repeat

i already "signed" my agreement of simply my $1000 USAA credit .. i emailed him about this and he didn't write back. i didn't wanna bug him too much because i did already sign or initial the one negotiation form and don't want to be a pest but it seems like this should be a given? i signed the agreement and put $1000 down on the car this month but i won't be getting delivery until a couple weeks from now (in october) so i'm not sure if it would really work anyway …. any thoughts?

thanks!

This is a factory incentive that does not cost the dealer. You should 100% ask for it.

Exactly.. I called my CA and told him to add the credit in and re-work my numbers. He emailed me the build sheet and other "deal" paperwork for me to re-sign. I wanted my $500.00. BMW has enough money already.
