275/35/19 Front fitment?

My current square winter Wheel/tire setup is VMR V710 19x9.5 ET 22 on 255/35/19 Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 tires. The tires are stretched and the wheel gap, especially in the front looks massive. I'm currently shopping for new tires and I would like to go with a 275/35/19 tire all around. My concern is the fitment in the front. Will it rub with running that wide of a tire? I want a meaty tire to fill that wheel gap since lowering the car is not an option right now.
Help me out!

It took me a while but I found an image online of an F80 running a 275/35-19 square setup. I'll see if I can find it again. I'm more interested in running this on my summer setup.

I'm deciding whether or not to sell the winter tires and purchase a set of Conti all seasons so that i can use this setup all year if i want to.

Sorry to raise this from the dead, but I am looking to run 275/35/19 front and 295/35/19 in the rear to maintain the rolling diameter increases in the front and rear in unison. Anyone know if the 295 will fit rear with larger radius? Was thinking 10" front 10.5" rear and et 30 front and ET44 rear. Thoughts? Thanks so much whoever can help!

I run 19x10 et 25 with 275/35/19 PSC2s on the track. ET of 30 in the front will move the tire/wheel inboard, and depending on tire choice (brands vary on width even when the same size) you may have clearance issues with the strut.

Are you at factory ride height?

Agree that tires make a difference, but the knightarmor reported above in that other thread that he had no issues running ET 25. I would have to inquire how much clearance is there to work with. If I can't run 275 in the front it will burst my bubble.. haha But 295/35/19 shouldnt be a problem in the rear on a H&R sport spring setup? Thats the other half of the question.

Notice any rubbing in the front with those 275's?
A quick test fit setup with 19X9.5 +26 made it too close for comfort with the MPHAS front setup.

FWIW My buddy runs 275/35/19 RE71s in the front on ET25 x 10...he has a drop with Swift Springs...and he only rubs under full compression... but man is it a tight fit...when the wheels are turned clearance with the inner liner is less than half an inch...I mean it is tight!

You are all dreaming too small. I run a 295/30/19 front tire and a 305/30/19 rear. No fitment issues, swift springs, and GC camber plates at -3.1F & -2.1R.

Wheels are 10.5in wide up front and 11.5in wide in the rear

Do you have pictures of this? I have the same front rim size and wanted to fit something like this but didn't know it was possible.

Check my posted thread on fitting a 305 and a 325 tire, should have all the info you need!

Interesting...

I have a new set of wheels on the way;
F: 19x9.5" +25
R: 19x10.5" +35

I am hoping to run 275/35/19 on the front and 295/35/19 on the rear. My car has been mildly lowered using eibach springs.

Has anyone done a comparison between the PSC2 and the PS4S tyres and if one rides wider then the other?

Bumping this thread

I'm looking at running Falken RT660 275/35/19 with 295/35/19 with some TE37SL 19x9.5 +21/22 and 19x10.5 +35. I have camber plates up front on KW V3's. Anyone know if this will clear ??

Just to settle this for everyone.
I am running 275/35r19 PS4s on 19x9 et 23. I had minor rubbing on the driver side fender liner at stock ride height, which was easily fixed with a heat gun and some minor molding.

I am now lowered on KW DDC and have no rubbing with -2.1 degrees on the driver side. I do not have camber plates. The passenger side will not rub due to its superior fender liner clearance.

With 19x9.5 et 21, you may rub slightly while lowered and on full lock, but should be able to be rectified with fender liner molding. Will take 30 minutes and a heat gun
