Painted Reflector Tape
Anyone know where I can buy the OEM double sided tape that comes on the front orange reflectors? Or any other tape that is best to use? The tape seems to be pretty thin.

I'd like to know too...
I received 3M VHB 5952 in the mail, but it seems too thick (.045). Has anyone tried 3M nameplate tape (.030)?

To be honest, I'm not using the tape for reflector delete, but for my X5M side gills. But I would prefer the thinnest tape available, so not sure which direction I'll go.

I just bought some regular outdoor double-sided 3M tape from Lowes and it worked perfectly fine. Sits flush. Only thing is it's wider than the edges of the reflector so once you put it on, you will need to cut the excess off.
Link to what i bought. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Scotch-1-in...-Tape/50053419 |
