Too bad they won't just throw the OLEDs on there from the GTS though. ;P
Will the 2019 taillight fit on a 2014 M4?

Not in North America. I saw this brought up in other threads and the consensus was that technically there were a few 2014s In the European market.

The only reason there are 2014 M3s and M4s in other regions is that their convention is to refer to the car by the actual year it was built rather than the somewhat artificial model year that we use in North America.

Unless the guy in Miami who brought up the “2014 M4” has recently moved to the US or perhaps has his main residence (and his M4) outside the US, he probably meant to say “2015”.

At any rate, the smoked tail light will fit any M4. Retrofitting it to a pre-LCI car like a 2015 will be costly unless one has already upgraded to the LCI tail lights.

BMW is slow playing this L C I big time. I would assume the darkness is the same as the M3 CS taillights. I like it though.

Does anyone know if the March production cycle with this refresh is really a 2020 model year already? Or is it a 2019?

It seems early in the year to be branding a car 2020 already.

Yup. I was just denied a 2019 Euro Delivery even with a production number etc etc.... my CA was told by ED NA that I would need to do a 2020 M4 for an April Delivery in Munich at the earliest.

Here's a helpful document to tell you when model year 2019 starts and ends for most BMW models (does not include some models/trim-levels that were all-new for MY2019):

https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1519112

This internal production schedule leaks out every year, so you can always keep up to date and be informed. Sometimes it takes longer to appear than others, but it's been available every year for the past decade at least, and probably longer.

Hey. My CA said he couldn't get an ordering guide yet for the 2020 F82 and stated that this wasn't normal.

Do you have any insight into this?

Thanks
