Stealth PPF questions
I am considering getting stealth PPF wrap on my M4 and I have a few questions:
I am getting front CF splitters, lip, and rear spoiler, do I need to install these first before applying the film or can I install the splitter and spoiler directly on top of the film with 3M tape. For those who have done a stealth wrap on their cars, did you also wrap the carbon roof? I am not sure how a matte CF roof would look like. Lastly, how much did you guys pay for a full PPF wrap on your cars? The quotes I've been getting have been around 5-7k for a full wrap |

My full wrap in Llumar Plat (10 year film), was $3700 for the entire car. |

Just bear in mind if you wrap first then apply
CF part it will lift if the wrap is removed. If you want to sell the parts later then I guess it's ok. If they are staying on the car - I would fit them first with Beta link for the CF spoiler - and wrap over the top. My coverage is excellent with this. You can't see the wrap at all. I paid 5K Australian for a full PPF wrap and ceramic coat over the top. I'd strongly suggest getting a paint film ceramic coat over the film. It adds UV protection (especially important for that carbon roof in harsh climates) and all it needs is a hose down and dry to clean. Ceramic coat needs to be applied every year or two. |
