Dealership Exhaust Replacement and Checkup

Hey guys, I have the M performance exhaust on my 17 m3 comp, and it makes a terrible rattle sometimes. I looked under the car and it appears to be cracked. My warranty expires in December, so I'm taking it in to have it fixed.
What other items should I put on the list to have checked out?
- Intercooler leaks?
- I Drive updates? (Ive heard this can improve audio quality?)
- Anything that can be done for slight CF roof creaks?
- What else?
Thanks for the input!

Software update to the latest version (ECU, DSC ect), unless you're already using aftermarket flashers. Some good drivaebility improvements.
You'll probably have to pay for it though, BMW have a shitty policy that updates are only done if it's to fix a warranty issue or the owner pays.

Check the differential seals for leaks, and make sure none of the rubber boots on the front suspension ball joints are torn. My Indy shop found those when they were doing an oil change just before my warranty expired.

Is this the I-step update? I've heard you can claim I drive issues, and have this updated under warranty?
