NBT EVO no CarPlay

I called creviar bmw and the NBT EVO I have in my car does not support Apple car play? Like what am I supposed to do, I bought the EVO version just so I can use CarPlay and they said comeback anytime to get it installed, now they are giving me trouble saying it doesn't work yadda yadda and that he would never tell me my car is compatible.

I didn't wanna get it in the beginning for unknown reason, from my understanding a 2017 should have the capability for it.

Anyone know this situation.

Reach out to forum member kubax86. He'll let you know how to get CarPlay going on your setup. What was your cars build date?

How do I reach out on the app? Or do I need to use the computer. I don't know the build date. I bought the car used.

DM him and provide him your VIN. He can look it up for you and tell u if it’s possible.
