Great combo... this is exactly what I got except I decided on a moonroof.

I remember reading that the BMW design team wanted SS to be the M4 launch colo(u)r as they felt it showed their work off to the best but the marketing department vetoed that on the basis it was too staid for the launch. AY was the second design choice and they went with that.

SS with SS interior works well for me.

Just got back from seeing a MW F83 at the dealership. I'm going with SS/SS F82. Saw a SO two weeks ago. I like it but too much flash for me.

I think so. I had a SS E92 on black and have SS interior in my M5. Just a great and classy combo.

Just my 2 cents (also biased).
Took these the first day I owned the car as the sun was setting. I love how different the car looks depending on the lighting.

Why not save yourself 3k and get the manual😬

This is why I like SS. Lol

TBH I've never had a manual car, and I'm not the best driver of The ones I have driven (friends Si and other lower end Japanese MT cars)

Mainly... Fear of Money Shift. Lol

Not really. There are a couple of threads on SS interiors and upkeep is not bad for the majority. I've had my M5 for 2.5 years and my seats look like new. If you have dogs or kids then you have got more of a challenge ahead though.

Single and most of the time ride alone... so I guess wouldn't be a problem. I try and keep my car pretty clean so it shouldn't be a problem then.

Cant go wrong with those color options. I was actually in the same situation and narrowed it down to SS and SO... Ended up with the former.
