Providing tire size recommendations start with choosing one specific tire, since all tires brands/models may measure differently. With that said, I am assuming we are talking about the Michelin PS4S tire. A 275/30/19 front and 295/30/19 rear would probably be your best bet with your indicated wheel widths/offsets as it satisfies most parameters the best; the sidewall thickness is on the skinnier side, but still not unacceptable. A 305-wide tire is a little too wide for the 11" +37 unless you are OK with a little rubbing at extreme circumstances and adding some considerable extra camber to get it to fit. A 265/35 and 295/35 would be ideal, but like you said the 295/35 PS4S has a very narrow tread width (less than a 285/35). The downsides of the 275/30 front is the sidewall height is a little on the skinny side but not terrible. A 265/30 is definitely too skinny.
I got a set of 18x10.5 +30 Sagas and unfortunately already on KWv3. Would like to fit 295/35, but need to convert my from springs to linear. I can't seem to find any real good info on how to do that. Any ideas?

Check out this video I saw awhile back where Studio RSR did this:


I looked into this like you awhile back when I swapped to 18x10.5 square, but ultimately ended up switching setups completely so no personal experience with this. But they should be able to give you some info.

Thanks for the reply! I've seen this video before and it looks like it's just as simple as the spring, helper, and middle piece that keeps the two together. the hard part is figuring out the helper & spring heights and load. Just trying to get a similar feel as stock KWv3, but these details are hard to find

The problem you will run into is that TEs or ZEs are not easily available in the sizes or colors that you might be wanting, which doesn't give you the luxury to choose where you want to buy them or price shop around. It's more like, "If you find a place that actually has a set of TEs in your size and color IN STOCK, you should buy them ASAP before someone else does, even if they might cost a little more than what you think they should."

If you are fine waiting many months to over a year to do a custom order and have them imported from overseas, then your options of where you buy from get a little larger.

The other issue is that there aren't "perfect offsets" in these Volk wheels for the F8x chassis. The F8x chassis requires a higher offset rear wheel size than what Volk usually chooses for offsets, and depending on the diameter or model of the Volk wheel, there simply isn't as much production out there for these limited sizes. For example, in the 19" TE37SL, the ideal rear 10.5" width is the +35 offset version that allows you to run up to a 305mm rear tire, but they are extremely hard to find because of low production. The 11" +37 is also an option for up to a 295mm rear tire. There are many more 10.5" wheels in the +20 or +22 offset that were designed for the e92 m3 out there, but that size is too aggressive for the F8x unless you are fine with a 275mm rear tire or lots of camber.

So I was having traction control issues with my front to rear rolling diameters being significantly different from factory.

On the XHP app there is an option to adjust the rear axle diff ratio. I calculated the new diameter and effective rear ratio and inputted that.

Found my dct rev matches much better and the sensitive traction control issues are resolved.
