I installed this kit, and I'm having issues with the lpfp top hat. When the tank is full fuel is leaking slightly past the banjo bolt. I checked the o-ring. It's fully sealing. Anyone else having issue with fuel leaking out when the car is full of gas?

I would make sure it’s tight and you have to get the rib ground off smooth on the bottom.

This kit works well. I ran a lot lower than I planned on at Road America and even with the carousel and kink it was good.
This was on slicks running 230s…

I had 3 drivetrain malfunction issue on 6/10 NJMP Lightning MoE event.
Can be seen here: It happened at turn 7, after hitting the apex and getting tracked out, when I get back on the gas, I get hit with the drivetrain malfunction. It all happened across 3 different sessions. I pulled into pit, restarted the car and things were good. The thing was, this happened in Session 1 (full tank of gas), Session 4 (70% tank of gas) and Session 5 (45% of gas). So is this fuel starvation issue given that it's coming out of the left turn and not the sustained right turn others are seeing? Unfortunately, I didn't have an OBDII scanner to check code. You can see here (go toc minute 14)- - where most of the time, there's no issue. |

I had this same issue and is what started the whole fuel starvation. Turns out I had a really bad ECU Earth and it was bolted to the LHS engine mount. The mount to the block was a fraction loose. On left hand corners with the momentum and being WOT the mount would shift off the block ever so slightly and the earth would drop off the ECU and do exactly what you have said. Not saying it is the fix but Ive been there too. |

What was the fix for your issue? Tighten of the LHS engine mount? |

The earth is meant to be on the back of the head - the engine was removed previously and the earth strap went to the LHS engine arm(mount to block) Meaning unless the bolts to the block were tight then it would split the earth to the ECU. Not saying this is your problem but was my fix for the above. |
