Does anyone know the paint code for the 640M wheels? I have a small pothole chip on one of mine that I'd like to touch up.

Being that Michelin doesn't make Pilot Alpins in size 255/40R18, what size do folks recommend for putting Pilot Alpins on as replacements for the Contis on 640M wheels?

Just mounted 9" 641M square setup. Can't wait to see how they do in the snow.

FOR SALE: 640M Winter Setup

I moved to an M5 so I'm not using these anymore. Wheels are in excellent condition with no curb rash. Tires have about 8000 miles on them with plenty of tread left. Used for 4 winter seasons. Full disclosure: one of the tires has a plug but have not had any issues with losing pressure. $1300 OBO.

The wheels are located at Habberstad BMW in Huntington NY for pickup there.

Please PM me if interested.

Wheel Set Dimensions
Wheels: Style 640M - Front: 8.5Jx18 ET27, Rear: 9Jx18 ET29
Tires: Continental Winter Contact TS830P - Front/Rear: 255/40R18 99V XL

M3 with CCB 19x9 Square Setup?

Would the 19x9 wheels work as a square setup on an M3 with CCBs? I saw some earlier discussion of it in this thread, but did not see a solid answer.

They should since the front 641m are 19x8.5 and clear the ccb

The rear 19x9 installed in front should clear the ccb since the specs are same as a front 19x9 437m or m2c 788m and both clear ccb or m2c big brake which are exactly the same size as ccb

Thank you, I'll order up a square set. Hopefully the offset works up front as well, that's my main concern.

Well thankfully I only ordered two 19x9s first. They do not fit on the front with the CCBs. They hit the metal brake shield.
