Technic harness help (didnt get instructions)

I placed an order and got this about a week or so ago, i sent him an email the other day and never heard back I was hoping to install my car audio this weekend but i cant find any instructions on this harness and many threads that talked about it lost their photos.

Can someone tell me what wire goes to what for this clip? I plan to install it on an LCI2.

Also does someone have the pin layout/wire colors of the original karmon audio harness or happen to know what wire colors on the technic harness are for the front speakers? I plan to cut the harness and wire up a set of morel speakers to an external amp and keep the rest of the speakers on the stock amp.
