Could you please clarify if you changed Werte =3B to Werte=22 or you changed 59 to 22?
Thanks

FEM_BODY - ASP_BORDSTEINAUTOMATIK_DELTA
Coded to Werte = 22 (default was 3B or 59 points)

In the meantime I've also added the Bimmertech backup camera retrofit and it works great.

I also noticed that the target I-step (the one i picked when I initially connect my laptop to my car) is F020-15-07-506. Not sure if that would affect things. I'm at a loss now, shawnsheridan would you have any insights on this?
One other piece of info, I was looking at CAFD_00000794_014_040_150 for the FEM_BODY module.

This looks like another mapping issue in FEM_BODY.

What you see in E-Sys as ASP_HORIZONTALE_MIN_POS is actually your ASP_BORDSTEINAUTOMATIK_DELTA.

I changed the werte value to 22 (or 34 points in decimal)

Does anyone know how to code the drivers side to dip when you change into reverse? Curbs can be found on either side, lol.

So it does look like a mapping issue. Is there a way to get updated CAFD files or just wait for the next release of the psdzdata?

psdzdata is Trimmed. The data you are seeing is mapped back into E-Sys based on older CAFD structure. The fix is for E-Sys Launcher updated mapping, not new PSdZData.

Sorry to drag an old thread up.

But how can I code this, so the passenger mirror will only drop in reverse, if I put the switch to the passenger side ?

I managed to do this with the E46, but F8x is all new to me.

How is this different than standard Reverse Tilt functionality from factory?

Switch has to be set to drivers side, for passenger mirror to drop in reverse from factory.

I want it to drop only if the switch is set to passenger side (RHD car and I park next to the kerb on the right), which means I need to have the switch to the drivers side, so I can manually drop the drivers mirror to see the kerb, but the passenger mirror drops automatically then too so I can't see if anyone is coming up behind me.

So if I can code it so the passenger mirror only drops when the switch is on the passenger side, then I can drop the drivers mirror manually, and still be able to see out of the passenger mirror.

Ok, well I have no idea on coding for switching it.

Sorry for the noob question. Can this be done in Bimmercode using the VeePeak or do I have to use e-sys?
