You can't even get a plate here without insurance.....that is nuts.

I am happy Dr his parents the kids ok, but, if I'm honest part of my happiness is that kid being ok makes me totally free to be completely judgmental of their idiotic parenting decision.

They deserve at least the $70k hit......

Sorry, I used the wrong word, he had an insurance, buy liability only. So no one is covering his cars damages because he was yo blame. I don't know if I have the right words damnit, no coffee.

I went to see teenagers last night playing with their cars. We felt very old, the three of us, and very lucky that those days are over for us. It appears driving habits is one of the beat things that have changed in us all since age came in these huge numbers.

it also works as a reminder not to let kids get older into a car driven by anyone in a baseball cap.

I'm very well informed on what goes on and where. These guys could use the sand pits we have back home. You really feel old when you realize your shaking your head and go like I would never do that...

Yeah, I can't get most of the things other parents do. It is very sad to see showing off is more important than the actual hard parenting stuff.

Too bad . . . I bet the kid is super bummed and bit embarrassed. Having liability insurance only is ridiculous! WTF! I have full coverage on my 10k ski car. That is the worst part of the story! Its a complete loss, no reimbursement. At least he knows where the bus stops are located as he ran into one (I could not resist a joke).

Welcome to our corner of the regional forum! We have had jokes here before but we try to keep it as serious as the weather. Hell, we have adopted Canadians too just to make sure no fun gets in.
