I just sold my E46 M3 today. over 10 years old, only 68.5K miles. Would be impossible to find another one like it. Luckily the buyer is a E46 enthusiast and works on his own car. Glad that it has gone to a good home.

Now there is room in the garage for my new F80!

I never got the look the lights gave it, but otherwise that car still looks sharp. Congrats on the deal, I'm happy for you.

It had been a great car and it still drives like new. But if you think E9x didn't have enough torque, E46 M3 has even less. I will miss it for sentimental reasons, but I won't miss it for its lack of torque and its low gas mileage. I only got 14 MPG in the city, 20 MPG mixed. It did sound good though. I sold it for $7K more than what the dealer would give me for trade in, and $1K more than if I did consignment minus fees. So I did OK.

Congrats. Sometimes it's hard to see our babies move on. I have pics of every car that I've owned, and pics of the day I got rid of them. Such emotion! I'm a pansy.
