Hi folks, I'm going to relocate and want to deliver my 2016 f80 from CA to WA, anyone has the experience or recommendations for reliable enclosed vehicle delivery services? I have some aftermarket CF parts on it and Don't want any damage or scratch the car on the way.
Expected price is under $1000.
Thanks!

Update:
Seems under $1000 is not realistic and trailing is not 100% trusted.
I'd like to drive it, not too far, just two days, but I also have an old Altima lol, think I would consider selling that one as quick as possible ..

Update:
Thanks folks, just sold my old car and made the decision driving it to Seattle. Would be a nice trip. (I took the car at LA and drove it to Bay Area)

I used Horseless Carriage Carriers last year with good results. They will give you discount for being a Rennlist member. The company handles many “nice” vehicles in enclosed trailers.

I spent 2 grand with luxury auto shippers fully enclosed. Very professional service.

I've used intercity lines twice. Last time it was NY to NorCal for about 1700. Both times satisfies with service. Especially when my car is the cheapest and it's neighbor is an Aston Martin!

Think you might be hard pressed to get enclosed shipping for under $1k. The handful of cars I've shipped are about $700-$900 for open trailers. I've always been quoted around the $2k range.

If you can find that, let us know. I think the price is closer to $2k for enclosed, as others said.

Also, just drive it.

I got my 911 turbo from a friend in Seattle and drove it back to SF over 2 days.

^ he's right.

its cheaper. its more fun. you have an excuse to rack up miles. Even if you got an enclosed trailer... good luck getting it on especially with lowering springs and a lip. You probably want an enclosed trailer with a hydraulic lift for over 1000.

The total was $1850 shipped from LA to Bentonville, AR on short notice. 1550 miles. They picked up from the seller and dropped off at my house.

I tried Intercity first but had three weeks of scheduling delays. Intercity is the company who recommended Horseless Carriage to me as HC had regular routes to/from LA.

I had plycar transport mine from Washington to Texas. They were very detail oriented. Also my car was loaded with a brand new Ford GT and an Aston Martin so I took that as a good sign.

This won't be helpful, but I would really consider doing that drive. Like other's saying, it's not that far in the grand scheme of things. If it was coast to coast I'd understand.

A drive in an M3 through the beautiful forests and mountains that the west coast has to offer sounds like a dream to me.

I bought my M3 CS from BMW Seattle and had it shipped enclosed to California. The dealer recommended 24-7 Autotransport. I can't find my receipt for it, but it was about $1200.

http://247autotransport.com/

or at 800-247-2478 (ask for Asgar)

I'd spend the $1000 for some PFF on the front bumper & bonnet and drive that thing up.

I shipped my M4CS enclosed from Minnesota to FL for $1K. You should be able to get that from CA to WA...
