I saw your car in this week when I brought my M2 in.

I had a full car PPF done a year ago and they did a great job. On Tuesday I was washing my car and noticed a small issue with the PPF. I am moving out of MA on Saturday so I emailed UCC at 6pm explaining the problem.

I honestly wasnt expecting them to be able to fix it on my timeframe. But they emailed me back half an hour later asking me to come by the next evening. I thought they might just be having a slow week because of Covid-19, but they actually had a full shop.

They responded and solved my warranty issue in less than 24 hours. Not only is their customer service amazing but their work is too.
