Instrument cluster off only when cold

Hi guys has your cluster ever look like this in the morning? I get this from time to time only when its cold and then suddenly works again.

Maybe low battery voltage? I recall my E90 M3 had all kinds of weird stuff on the dash simply because my car wasn't a daily driver and the battery would drain slightly. You can try a battery tender. Just make sure its rated for Lithium.
