Aluminum skid plate, is this bent?

During a routine oil change I noticed my skid plate has a bend in it right below the the downpipe. I do see a scrape starting on the bottom running aft with a small impact point but not sure if the edge of the skid should be straight or not?
Also, it appears that I'm also missing an exhuast flange bolt.

Looks bent, and yes, you're missing #8 in the following diagram: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=18_1089

The bolt is there to help keep the exhaust flange in place, but it's far from being a critical part.

Thats what I figured. I obviously hit something and the thin unsupported section gave way.
