Garage List
2020 BMW M4   [10.00]
Dealership coated my interior with armour all

My interior is a greasy mess with this armour all the dealer lathered all over including the dash. I like the low gloss matte finish of the merino leather especially on the dash. On my other M4 I usually just used a damp microfiber cloth to clean it every so often. No chemicals. Can anyone recommend a product to get all this greasy stuff off other than just a damp microfiber towel? Thanks

I use this, it works well and doesn’t strip the stock finish off.

I always inform my local dealer not to wash my car, or to touch the interior.

Meguiars all purpose cleaner diluted 10:1 or similar all purpose cleaner. Spray on, agitate with a soft interior detailing brush to lift the oils or if you prefer, you can simply spray on and wipe down with a microfiber towel. You need something that will cut through the oils.

This APC is super safe and I have been using on interiors for years with good results.

Swissvax leather cleaner is some of the best stuff available. I used it on my x5 when the previous owner got it detailed before we picked up the vehicle. It was super shiney and greasy. Swissvax got it back to factory mat finish.
