What do you use to clean windows and glass

Can't seem to get my windows and the windshield spot free some reason.
I have a feeling it has something to do with BMW's antifog glass cleaner I have been using. Appreciate your advice.

NO, its more likely your process. I would skip all the gimmicky stuff like anti-fog and the high price tag of it. Something like meguiars glass cleaner works well

Best method is two towels, short nap

Take towel one with your glass cleaner and scrub the glass. You are trying to clean it, not get it streak free. Make sure you get every inch of the panel to remove all the grime.
Then, take a fresh towel and re-wipe the glass once more. edge to edge, top to bottom until streak free. Flip the towel as needed to a fresh side. If you are getting streaks, re-scrub with glass cleaner as there're is still grime on the glass. Make sure your towels are clean because the streaks could possibly be coming from the towels and it releasing laundry detergent as you clean because the towel was not rinsed out all the way. (we do an extra rinse cycle)

Essentially you will be going around the car twice, each pane of glass back to back (once with cleaner, once with dry towel)

*take caution with tinted glass as you dont want to scratch it up

I love Sprayway Glass Cleaner. Ammonia free so it won't affect tints too. Also works well as a mellow interior cleaner.

Spray on the glass. Wipe with microfiber. Rewipe with 2nd microfiber to finish. Kind of similar to Eric's process.

An oldie but goodie. This has never failed me. I've been using it for 15 years.

Thanks everyone. I will give these a try. For sure no more antifog stuff from now on, as it leaves a oily film on glass and doesn't easily come off.

70% IPA will work too to get rid of the grime fast. Then go at it with the two towel method with cleaner of choice

I generally use Invisible Glass but have also had success with Costco's glass cleaner.

I do my windows similar to Eric S except I have a glass polishing towel and use three towels; one to remove dirt/product, another to pick up any remaining product, then a wipe with the polishing towel.

It's over-kill but it works consistently so I stick with it. Do windows around the house the same way.

Same here. I have in my track toolbox. Works great even under the sun with no streaks.

I use a mr clean magic eraser with window cleaner. then a waffled MF towel to wipe up.

it scrubs the glass well and you end up using less product.

you may not believe it buy ArmorAll Glass Cleaner. Probably the only good product they make. Does not streak, and even lets you be a bit lazy, and I am anal about detailing.

Clean the major grime off with Windex or any good glass cleaner for that matter and the short nap side of microfiber towel. Finish it off with three parts water to one part isopropyl alcohol in spray bottle and use wadded up newspaper to wipe windows clean. Try it and be amazed.

Clean then clay your glass and apply Adam's Glass Sealant. I never have to use my wipers over 40MPH with this stuff!
To maintain I have some of their glass boost, but I always use Invisible Glass after every wash inside and out.

I use adam's glass cleaner and have been happy with it. I used the adam's sealant but not that satisfied with it. I find that I have to go over 50mph for it to work so i'm gonna try nanolex galss sealant next
