Congrats from your neighbour down Malaysia. Great toy there bro. We just have our G8 M3 launched, starring price at USD 180k c/w Innovation Package.

For a slightly used '18 M3 CP thats a hefty price Thai have to pay.

U shouldn't. What yankees paid for cars are a dream to us here in the South East Asia.

Im from Malaysia, price over here is equally crazy albeit not as crazy as Thailand, Vietnam or Singapore.

Sweet Deal

Nice one, that is a beautiful car.

On the plus side you can pretty much drive it as fast as you want once you get out of the big city gridlock. Lockdown is back but you can still get out of the city if you want (as of today).

I’m in an X7....if it wasn’t for those pesky kids.....I know this is what I’d be driving :-)

Just to confirm how good OP’s deal was, I paid close to 300K for my M50D. Drive it like I hate it???? Drive it like you love it....

A few additional price points to help our US brothers and sisters feel better:

M5(Non Comp) = US444K
M8 (Comp) = US600K!!!!!!
911 Turbo S = $694K

I need to go lie down for a while.....

Congrats, agreeing with what's already said, you can buy happiness and you've done it .

Um, I've never been to SE Asia, but I was just wondering, if you did happen to want to sell it like next year and get something else, what could you sell something like that for in a private sale?

Cheers from florida!

The avg. depreciation on an M4 in Singapore is about USD 20-25k/year. I'd assume it's just a little less in Thailand, so maybe $190k-ish?

There are many shops in Thailand that buy wrecked M3/4 from Japan (where the engine is not destroyed) and bringing it back to Thailand to be fabricated into 3/4 series chasis car and selling them as M cars at a relatively low price. Some people argue that there is nothing different from a true M car, but i beg to differ. Thai VS German engineer?

Crazy price, but it kind of makes sense. It's wild how different "market prices" can be. I find it kind of funny that a BMW or Porsche costs less in Canada than it does in Germany (about 30% less), even though they're MADE there lol.

From what I remember Singapore is one of the priciest...I think a new Toyota Corolla there is something like $75k USD.

At least the speeding ticket is a joke here so can speed all you want

What is the base price in local currency before taxes? $200K is crazy, even with the discount.
