odd instability plus warning message

Since I have owned my F83 Comp, at times in higher speed cornering, especially with transitions (not a constant radius) it can feel a bit floaty and 'unstable'. hard to explain.

Once after parking, I got a BMW warning message on chassis stability (I forget exact message) but it never returned. I am going to get some maintenance done shortly and will ask them to pull any codes, but this was a couple months ago and it may not be active anymore.

Could this be anything with electronic suspension control acting up?

I did just replace all 4 tires with pilot sports, same that was on it prior, and I will monitor if that affected the symptoms.

anyone have these symptoms before?
