Suspension Recommendation

Hi guys

I want to lower the car but many of the exhaust set ups drop the front by an inch or so and I don't want it that low.

wondering if you guys can make recommendations on springs that lower maybe 6 inches or so in the front so I don't scrape on everything when I add the front lip.

thanks!

Not sure what the exhaust has to do with lowering...but there's a wealth of well-curated info about springs and coilovers stickied here:

Get an adjustable sleeve kit like KWHAS, MPHAS, or full coilovers and you can adjust height to your preference.

true but the coilovers are typically a lot more expensive right?

Yes, coilovers have a higher price tag. Sleeve kits cost less than coilovers but cost more than springs. It's the price you pay for adjustability. Most coilovers also cause you to lose electronic dampening control unless you purchase one with EDC capability (which of course will be a pricier coilover set).

If you want the ability to customize a conservative ride height, keep your edc (assuming you have adaptive suspension), and keep your warranty, just get the MPHAS.

I went back and forth with so many options and did all the research I could, until I eventually settled on Macht Schnell. Couldn't be happier. Was worried they were too low but honestly even with a front lip and 18 inch wheels it's hard for me to scrape anything but one of those narrow and tall 3 inch speed bumps. Luckily I haven't ran into any yet.

This. I have the same setup. I have to leave in opposite directions in shopping centers no less so I can exit on smoother surfaces. A pain but worth it in my opinion.

I have one year with Bilstein PSS10 and they have been great. Debated on swift springs before I did coilovers. Did a 1k mile road trip and no complaints.
